We Need YOU to Present Your Slideshow!:
Thank you for your interest in showing work at the next Photography Potluck. This event is very low key and easy. Presentations are a maximum of 5 minutes each, but most are shorter, and we recommend between 30-40 images. We accept photos in digital format only. The general theme is outdoor photography; feel free to show landscapes, people in the outdoors, action photography in the outdoors or anything else with an outdoors-y theme. When presenting photographs, there are many ways to go about it. One should not be afraid of making thoughtful observations on the theme, creating narratives, combining music, speaking, or even performing with images. We encourage creativity and fun. Your photos must be turned in the Friday before the event for review.
Event Description:
This unique new event is not to be missed! Join the outdoor community of Lafayette for a 
combination potluck and outdoor photography exhibition. Bring an entree, side dish, appetizer or dessert and enjoy a wonderful supper as we see the work of local amateur photographers on the big screen.
In this fast paced format, each presenter will be limited to 5 minutes and no more than 40 photos. After each presenter, members of the audience will be asked to rate the show on a scale of 1-10. At the end of the night, the scores will be tallied, and the winning photographer will receive a new Pelican waterproof camera case. PLEASE come out to encourage our outdoor photographers and you’re sure to have a great time while you’re at it!
