This was truly a special class. The weather was absolutely amazing and everyone was excited about enjoying it after all the rain we have had lately.
We started out on land learning some terminology 
and technique and just as we were learning how to get in the kayak we were greeted by a beautiful green parrot that landed right on Marce’s kayak. So we stopped to take pictures and noticed one of our cohort’s (not to be named) was getting further and further away from us.
We normally learn a lot about each other but this was a unique situation because this parrot was determined to help Missy overcome her fear of birds. Oops, did I say her name?
It was a treat once launched and practicing our technique to see Lawrence and Sean (Father and Son) sharing good-natured bantering.
So here it goes, “You were the best crew yet.”
